  • Unique Nature: Because our fishing flies and gear are individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, and material placement are natural and to be expected. No two items are absolutely identical.

  • Product Imagery: We do our best to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in GDP and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. Orders will only be processed and shipped once full payment is cleared.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Production Time: Because our products are made by hand, fulfillment times may vary. Standard processing takes [3–5] business days before shipping. Custom orders may take longer, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Policy: We ship Uk Only Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs clearance.

  • Standard Items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Custom / Bespoke Flies: Custom orders, tied-to-specification flies, and personalized gear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at seanthomasfly_fishing@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
